1. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days. After your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number* to monitor your delivery status.


2. Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping
    Standard international delivery takes approximately 14–26 business days after dispatch. Please note this is an estimated timeframe, and actual delivery may vary due to customs inspections, regional postal service delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Express Shipping
    We offer express shipping options at checkout for faster delivery. Estimated delivery times and pricing will be calculated based on your shipping address and selected service.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen. You will see the final shipping price before completing your purchase.


4. Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, please be aware that customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order.


5. Shipping Delays & Exceptions

We strive to deliver all orders promptly, but delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Public holidays

  • Local postal delays

  • Force majeure events (e.g., weather disruptions, conflicts, or strikes)

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.


6. Order Tracking

Every shipped order includes a tracking number* that will be emailed to you once your package is dispatched. You can use this number to track your parcel on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at suport@soviet-surplus.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate the issue and coordinate with the shipping carrier to find a resolution or provide a replacement where applicable.
